RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality products with beautiful designs. Please remember to refer to our fabrics and product care guide in every Product description on the website and the garment care label. 

You will have 14 business days from the arrival of the product to notify us of the change to be made through orbexthelabel@gmail.com Which you must inform your order number and the reason for the request.

We will be verified that the return/exchange products are new without showing any signs of use. It must not have been washed or modified from its original design.

If after verifying the garment(s) they are found worthy of an return/exchange this will be carried out within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. 

Client Services will contact the client to monitor the successful completion and solution of the request presented.

Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at orbexthelabel@gmail.com . If the item is in our Warehouse we will then hold it for you, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card. We will not accept any returns after 14 days, nor any return without a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns and Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it for an exchange or a refund.

Please get in touch with us at orbexthelabel@gmail.com with the return request, and include the items you want to return, the reason for the return, and the order number. We will answer with further instructions within 1-3 business days.

Return cost:

You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products.

Eligibility:

Items must be in their original condition with no signs of damage or wear. The items require intact tags. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Return Period:

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

 Refund Options:

You can receive a refund in the original form of payment or a store credit. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable 

Processing Time:

Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the transaction, so please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to be credited to your account.

Original Packaging: All returned products must be in their original packaging.

Exclusions

Markdown products purchased on discount or seasonal sale markdowns are FINAL Not eligible for returns, Exchanges, or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS

 All orders placed on sale items are final, and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders.

 

Cancellations
